Professional Cleaners' Association™

The Professional Cleaners' Association™ (PCA) was founded in 1980 by sixty Bane-Clene professionals who wanted an exclusive organization to represent those with the highest standard of service in the industry. Membership grew to thousands of companies in the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, South America, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Bane-Clene Systems owners who have achieved certification through Bane-Clene Institute are eligible for membership. Candidates must sign a “Pledge of Integrity” and agree to a uniform code of ethics and conduct. PCA has been in the forefront of the fight against bait and switch advertising. It has lobbied the United States Congress for changes in labor laws that affect the industry. An ongoing program promotes good corporate citizenship in such matters as employee safety and proper wastewater disposal.

Members may display the association logo in advertising such as Yellow Pages, newspaper, brochures and other print media. Truck decals, shoulder patches and membership certificates let customers know about the membership in an international association, instill consumer confidence and lend credibility to a company.
