An entomologist warns about an epidemic in America. Bed bugs are arriving on imports from countries that do not consider them a problem. He recommends that new clothing, towels, underwear and socks be put in a clothes dryer for at least 20 minutes. The heat will kill the bedbugs and their eggs. One item that has bugs or eggs will grow into an infestation.
