Send this to your representative in congress and ask that it be made into law.
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to Senators or Representatives. Congress shall make no law that applies to Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to all citizens of the United States."
Maybe it already is the law, but if it is, we'd never know it!
