I'm opposed to CRI equipment testing for two reasons. Their lab uses fake dirt and a procedure administered by people who have no idea how to clean a dirty carpet which is an insult to any cleaner who has worked hard to learn their trade and build a good reputation.
The ultimate insult though, is that a cheap little rental machine is rated higher than some truck mounted equipment. You have to follow the money to understand this one.
