Who are "They?"

They want to control the cleaning industry and justify the effort with a bogus survey that declares cleaners are responsible for carpet's drastic decline in popularity. They use fake dirt in a flawed testing program and equate cleaning to rocket science. They give their highest rating to a cheap little rental machine which confirms the fact that they don't know, and they don't know they don't know. That makes them dangerous.

We know, and we know that we know, and we clean real dirt. Nearly fifty years in the cleaning business has taught us to use products and methods that evolved through the real world test programs of trial, error and survival. We use economical, safe and efficient products, techniques and training programs that ensure customer satisfaction. A real cleaning service is our teacher and tens of thousands of satisfied customers provide the proving ground.

A number of competitors have been in the business for years and have built and developed their own brands, methods, procedures and reputations. I don't know about the rest of the industry's veterans, but I resent this shake-down racket they impose upon us. They want us, who know how to clean real dirt, to pay them for the privilege of working. "They" are the CRI.
