This was the lead in to a recent newspaper article about our economy: "The near zero inflation era may be ending. Prices are rising slightly, and economists expect a steady climb as the recovery gains steam."
For the past few years, everything we use in our business has gone up, up, up and away. Some prices have increased as much as 40% in one year and yet politicians and their handmaidens in the media insist that inflation if running under 2% per year. They must have their head up...er, under a rock.
