Dear Lord, please help me to work for improvement and not expect too much too quickly, and to appreciate what people do right and not just criticize what they do wrong.
Dear Lord, please help me to be slow to anger and hard to discourage, and to have the hide of an elephant and the patience of Job.
Dear Lord, please help me to be a good boss!
