We have been honored to have proudly served the cleaning industry for over 63 years. Unfortunately, we have come to the end of an era. William F. Bane started our Company on February 4, 1962. Our Mother (Elizabeth A. Bane) my brother (Donald A. Bane) and myself (William F. Bane, Jr.) worked with him until his passing February 20, 2014 Elizabeth passed away October 16, 2024. First off, our Company is still profitable and other than normal payables has NO debt. This is NOT a financial situation as is so often the case when a business ceases operations. My brother and myself are both in our seventies (we know many of you reading this are older and still working). Certainly, a natural line of succession would be an ideal solution to continue the Company. Unfortunately, there is none that is available. We have approached and will continue to approach potential buyers. However, unless a buyer can be found by December 31st , 2025, we will be closing. If anyone is interested or knows someone who might be interested, please call Don Bane at 317.432.2777 for information. In the meantime, we recommend stocking up on parts and chemicals. We will be prepared to ship “normal” orders and will process “bulk” orders. Normal orders will be processed as usual. Bulk orders will be processed at the time all items ordered are in stock. For bulk orders, it could be in a few days or may require more time. All orders will need to be prepaid and are final with no adjustments or returns available. There is a limited inventory of equipment, cleaning heads, etc. and other one only items. Please visit our web site and go to the Store and click on the “Great Deal” icon. Finally, there are not enough and adequately appropriate words to acknowledge and thank the loyal and hard-working co-workers, who alongside us built this Company.
