It is nearly impossible to prevent almost any Company from occasionally being affected by rumors. Everyone that works for the Company likes to feel they know what’s going on. However, if they start interjecting their suspicions into a situation then it will cause harm. That said, there is basically no way to stop rumors from being spread. Good supervisors, managers and or owners can do a lot to keep suspicions from developing into rumors. They can work to minimize the possible damage even though it is impossible to stop completely. The initial step is to be as open as possible about everything, while maintaining the fact that certain things are not to be divulged, if they would damage the Company. Management should keep their eyes and ears open for things that could be misconstrued or twisted. Also, if management becomes suspicious about something, whether it concerns people who work for them or that they work for then don’t speculate. They should go directly to the people involved and gets the facts. It saves time, headaches and the potential start of rumors. FATHER’S DAY
Father’s Day is June 19th. It is a day to mark and celebrate the contribution that our Fathers have made in our lives. Many people send or give cards or gifts. These gifts are often related to their Father’s hobbies or interests.
Father’s Day is a relatively modern holiday, so different families have a range of traditions. Besides cards or gifts, many Fathers receive a phone call, if circumstances prevent a family from being together. If families can get together, activities may revolve around church, since the day is Sunday. Many families will have parties or outings that honor all the Father figures in their extended family. These Father figures include fathers, step-fathers, fathers-in-law, grandfathers and great grand fathers.

MORALS, VALUES and ETHICS

While Morals, Values and Ethics may be taught in professional colleges and universities, these subjects are rarely taught or discussed in high schools and elementary schools. The reason being is that these are topics that are usually left best being taught by parents. These lessons can be self taught at home through normal day to day actions or addressed by religious organizations if appropriate. While they may be discussed at a religious function Morals, Values and Ethics are not a religion. They are logical, sensible principles of proper conduct regardless of anyone's religion or beliefs. These are needed for a peaceful and productive society. Is enough focus and instruction being given to them? Certainly that is subject to debate. One indisputable fact is that unless that attention is given, our society suffers. Moral, Values and Ethics are a simple and direct path to happiness and success.
