PROBLEM SOLVER

Some of us may not have thought of it this way but we are Problem Solvers.

Problem Solvers have many characteristics. Among them are:

  1. They are a good listener.
  2. They think outside the box.
  3. They confront problems rather than avoid them.

When someone calls us for an estimate for cleaning services they have a problem. It may be just dirty, it could be a stain or an odor or another cleaning related issue. Whatever it is, the customer wants us to solve their problem.

Also, there are times when the customer has one problem to solve and through listening to them and asking questions you may discover there are other problems you can solve. This process will make your Cleaning Company even more valuable to them.

Being a Problem Solver requires you to put yourself in your customers’ situation. The more you do this, the better chance you have of closing a sale. Therefore, your service in and of itself will have more value when you show them how it will solve their problems.

Problem Solvers always accept a challenge; it is what makes them who they are.
