HOW WE FEEL

At times we can become down or unhappy. How we feel about ourselves is extremely important. The better that feeling the easier it will be to propel us through any down times. Here are a few ways to do that.

  1. Focus on your good qualities whether it be generosity, loyalty, honesty or other traits.
  2. Face any problems head on, do not allow them to fester or control you.
  3. Look for the good qualities in others not their faults. Ultimately, it will allow you to feel better about yourself.
  4. Be tolerant of others, remember they have to be tolerant of you.
  5. Consider failures as a chance to get better.
  6. Avoid making promises that you cannot or do not intend to keep.
  7. Always remember people are more important than objects or possessions.

Simply put, the better we feel about ourselves, the better we will feel.
